We had a great stay, the condo was super clean and well stocked with necessities. The walk to the beach we fairly easy and only took 5-10 minutes. Having the extra living room was perfect with having teenagers they had their own space to relax as well. So many great restaurants that you can walk to or it’s a quick drive. Definitely loved the tiki hut to watch sunset,

I loved this property. It has a private entrance for the second bedroom. Walking distance of the pool, to the beach, and to Coligny Plaza. The outdoor pool is right out the back door. The indoor pool is right out the front door. The place was clean. The shower is the bomb! The kitchen was very equipped. The people that stayed/lived in the building was so nice. Quiet. Convenient. I will definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful condo as far as room, location, noise level, comfort, and amenities. First, it was exceptionally clean and smelled very fresh. Layout was nice with a small separate living area before the 2 queen bedroom and bathroom. We have a food allergy and had to cook most of our food, and kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was right outside our door, but everyone vacated by dark per pool rules, so no noise from the pool at night. Indoor pool was being renovated. Beach access was a very a short walk! Owner was incredibly responsive to questions. Excellent place to stay!

Outdoor pool closed and construction ongoing outside back patio. Unit is located right beside indoor pool, so definitely hear noise if people are swimming. Otherwise good location to biking and beach, and nice interior of unit.

Wonderful location, very clean, and plenty of space! There is a pool /hot tub outside the front door- very convenient and it was used a lot! It was too cold for the outside pool, but it was just out the back door.

Nice remodeled condo

Things we loved: the condo was very clean. The remodel was well done and they provided just about anything you would need to use the kitchen. We appreciated the Keurig and dishwasher. They provided 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, along with hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap. That was perfect for our 5 night stay. They also provided extra trash bags, a roll of paper towels and a couple of dishwasher and laundry pods. Very nice gesture. The washer and dryer was nice to have as well. Two separate living areas came in handy and the bedrooms being apart was nice. I loved that it was showers and not bathtubs. This unit being on the ground floor was great. The beds were comfortable. The beach was a .4 mile walk each way. Nice trails on the island to walk safely. Things we didn’t like. We had a little trouble figuring out the instructions on getting the keys, but then figured it out. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed for painting for 6 weeks, which we didn’t know was happening when we booked, but the outdoor pool was open and nice. I would recommend this rental.

Fantastic property

We highly recommend this property. Its close to everything. Pools right outside of both doors making pool trips a breeze especially for families with younger kids. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. We met some local residents at ocean walk and a wonderful couple who is active in the building up keep. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We will be back for sure!

Great Location!

We’ve stayed in several other units in this building and this was by far the best. The unit sits between the indoor pool and is steps through a sliding glass door to the outdoor pool making it convenient to swim throughout the day and easily pop back into the condo for a drink or lunch. Despite being close to more public spaces, the unit was very quiet. The owners provide a beach cart, chairs and toys which made our trips across the street to the beach easy and so fun! On top of our overall experience being great, the unit is nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals each night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property and will be back again!

Awesome location. Easy to get to the beach and colognes shopping area and restaurants. Indoor pool right out the front door and outdoor pool right out the back door. Very clean. Would stay again.

Beautiful condo with great amenities!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this renovated condo! There is a pool/hot tub outside of front door and an outdoor pool outside of back patio. The pickleball courts were also a hit with our children. Easy walking distance to beach access and a quick 5 minute drive to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants. Beach gear was available, but a few beach towels would have been nice for guests to use at the pool or beach. Overall a great time at a beautiful place!
