"We recently stayed at this establishment and, unfortunately, we are left with a very mixed impression. From the moment we arrived, we felt a heavy, unwelcoming atmosphere. A group of four staff members regularly sat around a table near the entrance, and made no effort to hide their behavior — every time we passed by, the two seated with their backs to us would turn around simultaneously, accompanied by whispering and persistent staring. This kind of conduct is both inappropriate and unsettling in a place meant to offer relaxation and hospitality. Throughout our stay, we received no greetings or signs of courtesy from the staff — except, ironically, on the morning of our departure, when one of them finally spoke to me, not to say hello, but to curtly remind me that it was our last day, just as I was heading to the pool at 10:00 AM (despite check-out being at 11:30 AM). In terms of organization, we were surprised to be given only one room key for two people, which made it difficult to manage our activities independently. After requesting a second key, it was handed to us without any explanation or comment. It was only on the third day — when we mentioned at the front desk that our room still hadn’t been cleaned in the morning — that we received a message blaming us for “monopolizing both keys.” This was the first time we were told that the hotel only had two keys per room: one for the guests and one for housekeeping. "Bel hotel assez atypique mais très charmant ! Personnel au top, souriant et très serviable, plage à 10-15 minutes à pied. Piscine très agréable. La chambre était propre, la douche un peu moins. Petit point « négatif » beaucoup de marche à descendre pour accéder aux chambres et à remonter pour accéder au restaurant. La plage aussi est accessible par des escaliers qu’il faut remonter en fin de journée. Tout au long de la plage il y a de tres beaux et bons restaurants. La plage est aussi incroyable avec vue sur la montagne et eau transparente ! "

"Really good experience. We stayed few nights at the restaurant and had diners all evenings as the food is really good (we recommend the dessert made with banana). Owners are really nice and make all efforts to help and advise you with things to do around. We were 8 to travel and rooms where spacious."
