Step inside this beautifully restored South Hobart home where classic charm meets thoughtful modern design. Professionally renovated and styled throughout, every space has been carefully curated to create a warm, welcoming and comfortable home away from home.

Entering through the front door, you`ll find the spacious master bedroom immediately to your left. This peaceful retreat features a comfortable queen bed, a generous walk-in wardrobe and a beautifully renovated ensuite complete with a shower, vanity and toilet. The calming colours and quality finishes make it the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Hobart.
To your right is the second bedroom, offering a comfortable double bed and a built-in wardrobe, making it ideal for another couple or additional guests.

Moving further through the home, you`ll discover a cosy sitting room filled with natural sunlight, creating the perfect spot to relax with a book or enjoy your favourite shows on the television before stepping into the heart of the home.

Beyond the glass doors lies the stunning open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Large windows flood the room with sunshine throughout the day, creating a bright and inviting space to gather. Comfort has been carefully considered throughout the home. Each bedroom features its own panel heater, while a large heat pump in the open-plan living area efficiently warms the entire property. Simply leave the internal glass doors open and the warmth flows effortlessly throughout the house during the cooler Tasmanian months.

Ride-share services including Uber are readily available and typically arrive within minutes. Free street parking is available around the property. While you may not always find a space directly outside the house, there is generally plenty of parking available nearby.
