Misleading listing
We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. The listing claimed certain HOA amenities (specifically use of pool at Chambers) which was not the case. The listing description was changed after we arrived. We reached out to the property management company during our stay to clarify these issues and received no resolution. We were simply told that per the contract, HOA amenities can change at any time. Typically, people book properties based on a description and expect those amenities to still be offered on arrival. Otherwise, how can you trust any listing?The property itself was in average condition, but when you book something expecting certain features and they’re not there, it really impacts the overall experience. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
