« Even in the middle of the war hotel looked good and everyone was welcoming. Once the war ends, we plan to come for vacation and stay in this hotel. Our lux room was on two levels, very spacious. There was a dining table that we used to have a dinner with the family who lived in the area. We ordered from the restaurant. Food was good and reasonably priced. »

« I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop itâs easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. Iâll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. Itâs quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey. »
"Excellent hotel and services. 2 weak points: Room service and breakfast should be improved (room service time and food quality and choice, especially with local food). In relation to eco-responsqbility , only towels on the bathroom floor might be changed. A sauna/ spa offer looks indispensible in our times for this level of accommodation."
