« I had a great stay. It’s a very nice apartment. Central, immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed. Full cooking and washing facilities for short or longer stays. Big smart tv in the lounge. Friendly and easy communication with the owner who wants you to have the best stay possible. »

« This property had everything we needed and was clean, tidy and comfortable in a quiet spot. The basket of goodies was a lovely surprise. There was a corner shop a short walk away (under 5mins) and the beach was slightly closer. Which was all just perfect for us. Thankyou very much »

« Great location, clean and very responsive owner who gave us an early check in. Only complaint would be the two single beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in each one. We managed to use extra duvets the second night to make it more comfortable. »

« Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. The pub on site bit pricey but really nice to sit out. Would defiantly recommend and would book again for same apartment. »

« We had a brilliant stay, the flat was perfect for our needs. It was spotless clean and we found it to be comfortable and cosy. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need, it’s extremely well equipped. Excellent WiFi. Parking just outside. It’s well located in the complex, close to the pub and leisure facilities. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we’ll be staying there again. »

« Great location of the property, near the beach. A steep walk back from the beach unless you walk into Filey. Lovely comfortable flat, super comfy bed. Great bathroom/shower. Everything you would need for your holiday. It was lacking instructions for using coffee machine, & dishwasher etc. due to all information being online. »

" On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
