« It was slightly below the bare minimum for one night in Delhi. The neighbourhood is very dirty, and the window wasnât sealed properly, so it was very dusty first thing in the morning. The hot water didnât work properly, although it was still warm enough to use. The towels smelled dusty. The floor and the room overall were clean. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up two floors, but it wasnât too bad since I was traveling with only hand luggage. The staff was very polite. »

« Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive.
