Overall this was a good stay for me. I was there to attend a workshop at St. Thomas University and it's really close. Great coffee shop just around the corner. Communication was fantastic. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that if I had to pay the regular price I'm not sure I would have thought it a 5. I probably wold have gotten a hotel instead. I got a great discount for being last minute. It's on the second floor, which I like. Location was great, I felt very safe. Lovely neighborhood. My best description of the apt. is a college efficiency (so a little run down) but spruced up with a really nice bed, t.v., couch. If you just need a landing pad for a busy visit- this place is great. If you want a luxurious place to hang out, you'll need to hit a higher price point. You may wish to unplug the t.v. when not there since it turned on by itself when I was out, probably due to someone else's remote in the building. Host was good about saying I could unplug it but I would suggest they mention the issue at check in cause it made me wonder if someone had come into the apt.
