« This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were met with no air conditioning in lobby and hallways. This was shortly followed up with no hot water. Ice was only available on one floor as all other ice machines were inoperable. Lack of staff and the heat had amenities we booked for closed such as the bar and kitchen.
