„Super“

„Great hotel in Houston !“

„Overall, this is a very nice hotel with a high-quality feel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and well maintained. Unfortunately, our stay was a bit mixed. First, we were assigned a room that had not yet been prepared. These things can happen, but ideally they shouldn’t. The staff quickly gave us another room instead. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very poor, at least on the 4th floor where we stayed. Later that evening, we noticed that the shower hose was damaged and sprayed water in all ...

„Not suitable for a longer stay, likely only for poker players. Every time we entered the hotel, we had to open our bags and show the contents, but suitcases could pass through unchecked. „Perfektes Hotel im Medical District. Scheint sehr neu zu sein und sauber. Danke an Aisha vom Frontdesk für ihre Unterstützung.“

„Staff charged me $300 without telling me, they asked for my card and I was thinking it was just to have on file in case I took some snacks from the room or something, but no they grabbed my card tapped it on the screen and $300 gone instantly and I had to wait 5 business days to get it back“

„Grosses Zimmer und Bad, gute Lage, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück.“

„Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und guter Ausstattung“

„Not very welcoming at check-in. And it was a challenge to turn off the air-condition. Besides that a really nice hotel with ideal location to the NRG Stadium. “

„This has been our go to hotel when staying in Houston. They are going thru a remodeling and wasn't advised, stay away until they are finished. Housekeeping was hit and miss, missed all towels one day. Great coffee in the morning!“
