„Easy check in, nice hosts, good location with a few great hikes and the river close. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work but wasn’t a big deal for us as we just went across the street to laundry mat when we needed it. Will definitely rent again when back in area. “

„Weekend stay as we wanted something in the area for our adventures. Booking and check-in was a breeze with clear and concise info leading up to our arrival. Home was clean, comfortable and quiet, and worked perfect for us and our blended group of 3 teens. You're about half hour from Royal Gorge Bridge, or about the same to the Cotopaxi General Store on the Arkansas. Not very secluded but quiet none the less and a good base camp for the area.“

„Great house with great views! You can see the mountains and the river! Sit on one of the many patios and listen to the Arkansas River flow by. It was amazing to have a fire out down by the river. We ended up making a couple of fires down there and just really enjoyed our time unplugged from everything. “

„We had a great stay. The location is beautiful and the cabin is very well stocked with kitchen/cooking utensils and extra bedding/blankets. The hot tub worked well and was very clean. Also, the wifi works great. The property is centrally located and makes a great place to basecamp your Arkansas Headwaters adventures.“
