L’indochine Palace a le charme des grands hôtels un peu surannés et passés de mode, des espaces gigantesques et luxueux que le personnel parvient tant bien que mal à maintenir en état. Il n’est pas idéalement situé à Hué, à environ 20mn à pied de la rivière aux parfums et des quartiers animés, mais remplit tout à fait son rôle et la piscine est immense. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel impeccable.

Hôtel agreable a hué
Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hotel. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables. Enorme buffet de petit déjeuner. On a adoré son côté vieil hotel colonial. Une bonne adresse a hué.

Hôtel moderne situé près du quartier animé de la ville moderne. Grande chambre 'Palace Studio King' mais avec la salle de bains vraiment dans la chambre, quasiment sans séparation, et pas de miroir au dessus du lavabo. Grande piscine, mais rapidement à l'ombre l'après-midi et surtout avec trop de produit désinfectant (impossible d'ouvrir les yeux sous l'eau, rapidement irritant). Le service est attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner est dans une très grande salle, avec quelques espaces plus calmes. Très bon, beaucoup de choix.

PAS MON GOUT MAIS HYPER CONFORTABLE
On a été surclassé en suite splendide -- la déco n'était pas du tout mon goût (très doré, néoclassique) mais il faut reconnaître que le confort était au top et que ça mérite la description "grand luxe" (même si ça brille trop). Service irréprochable. Excellent petit déj buffet. Trop de cars de touristes et ce n'est clairement pas un hôtel de charme -- plutôt de luxo-kitsch! Mais en fin de compte, qu'est-ce qu'on s'y repose bien.

Très bel hôtel à première vue rétro colonial , avec des volumes importants dans les parties communes . Dommage une petite atmosphere de moquette humide renfermée qui pourrait être améliorée . On a l impression d être dans le film Titanic un peu abandonné quant à l atmosphère un peu compassée et triste malgré un décor magnifique .. il y a peu de clients au repas du soir et au pdj par ailleurs sous forme de buffet excellent . Très belle piscine de bonne taille , complètement désert !! Le personnel bien que gentil n est pas dans l ensemble aussi prévenant que dans d autres hôtels vietnamiens . La réception curieusement est au 2 eme étage ce qui fait sue quand on arrive le 1 er regard tombe sur un hall assez vide sans personne à part le portier ... les meubles l architecture , les tableaux toutvy est superbe et de bon goût mais il manque un petit quelque chose ( peut être un peu plus de modernité ) pour que ça soit un très bel hôtel

Very warm and professionel staff
We were very happy with our stay at Indochine palace for 4 nights. There were few minus on "annex" services: the spa massage was average (the masseuse didnt cut her nail), a disappointing cruise diner experience but handled very professionally by staff Manager (she listened carefully to our complaint and offered to not make us pay). Many plus: the staff is very friendly, professional and always ready to help, the building and interior decoration is prestigious, we were offered complimentary pick up from the airport and room upgrade, the breakfast was delicious (my favorite was daily fresh fruit juice and vietnamese beef noodle soup), the pool was spacious and not crowded, great value for very affordable price. We were very happy with our experience overall. We felt that we were really taken care of as guests by the amazing staff.

Si vous voyagez avec un petit (au dessus de 2 ans) : taille du lit bébé trop petit (moins d'un an) . Mais ils nous ont apporté des couettes pour faire un petit lit dans la chambre ! (Sympa)

Super accueil par Tien (alias Sophie) qui parle le francais. juste à 5min de marche d'un centre commercial big C. Piscine un peu froide avec quelque morceau de carrelage manquant dommage. Sauna hammam jacuzzi compris dans le pris le must. Séjour très agréable. Conseille allez manger au restaurant végétarien conseillé par l'hotel vraiment très bon le hot pot et le sauté de riz.

The interior is beautiful in a classic style. They upgraded my room which was nice. Breakfast was good, with a lot of options. A bit of a walk to the imperial city and restaurants but, cheap taxis and grab available.

4月末に3泊しました。 スィートルームは広く景色も良かったです。 朝6時からのサウナ(ミストとドライ)で体調を整えて、ゆっくり2時間朝食とcafe、甘くないラテも入れてくれました。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーで、快適に過ごせました。 隣にスーパーがあるのも便利でした。
