The dining area seats six to eight, and the kitchen has new stainless appliances and a breakfast bar for four. The laundry room has a stainless washer/dryer and all essentials. The Game & Entertainment Room features a Texas Hold'em gaming table, Xbox, and a dart board.





Bedrooms: Primary Suite — king bed, Smart TV, upholstered sofa bed, private sitting area, executive office with desk & chair, en suite spa-style bath. Bedroom 2 — queen bed, Smart TV, closet, adjacent full hallway bathroom. Bedroom 3 — queen bed plus sofa bed, Smart TV, dresser & closet, en suite full bathroom.





Outside: multiple designated parking spaces and a long private driveway (fits RVs/trailers), plus a quiet fenced backyard with a BBQ grill.





Guest access: Access to the building using smart lock access technology. Garage is not for parking at this time.





Other things to note: Check-in 3:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM (early/late available on request, fee may apply; unauthorized late checkout $75 fee). Streaming available with your own logins. Quiet hours 11 PM–7 AM, zero-tolerance party policy. No smoking. No pets unless pre-approved ($85 per pet non-refundable fee if approved or unauthorized). Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Digital E-lock with a unique code provided before check-in; minimum age to rent is 21. Ring doorbell plus exterior gate cameras only (no interior cameras). 45+ night stays get a mid-stay reset.
