« Front clerk old guy was rude, the lady was really nice. Pool dirty look black , breakfast was fantastic , my bathtub when ever we took a shower the water wasn't draining it was stuck . Chambre très bien, très grande, top.
Sauf : petit dej juste bien, machine à café toujours en manque d’eau, jus d’orange en panne, 3 petit dej identiques.
Pas de ménage prévu pour les séjours jusqu’à 3 nuits, il faut demander des serviettes de rechange.

« We did not have a trash can, asked 3 times and finally got one our last night. Pool and hot tub not working. This was not communicated. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I had known… no discount offered. Asked for more towels and had to go seek them out because they weren’t given to us. I had to park in the back and found out the pool ( the only door in the back) wouldn’t open. I had to walk around the side. The area was unlit and dark. « The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice.
Negative points:
The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot. There was 3 types of cereal (Cheerios, Shredded wheats and a green colored cereal) There was a waffle maker however, and it was bland. The creamer looked old and I was nervous to use it for coffee.
In the room, the toilet was not...

« Got to the property around 11 pm. Took about 15 minutes for someone to let me in the door to check in. After I was given a room,i was told they made a mistake and had to give me a different room. The room was ok. Some of the lights didn't work. There was some hair on the bed. If you plan to only sleep for one night, that may be good. Take shampoo and soap to bathe. « This property definitely has good offers on food, however when it comes to room, it is not in great shape. Specially 1st and 2nd floor rooms smells bad. The property is old one but at good location. So if you don’t mind staying in old property then you should be good.
