« The code i was sent did not open the keypad. There was a padlock with a space key but i did not get a code to that. I called customer service which kept me on hold for over an hour. Meanwhile i was outside and temperatura had dropped significally which made matters worst. Once i got a code and entered the property I wanted to take a hot shower but the shower had no water pressure. A small cold trickle came out which was not ideal. »

« Great location, walkable to most everything. Unit was good, but some of the furnishings could use an update. The bar stools were too rickety to sit on, and the mattress and pillows are due for replacement. Also, we could hear our upstairs neighbors loud and clear when the upstairs unit was occupied. Overall though, we loved it and would come back! »

« Excellent location steps to the beach. Second time renting at the same place. The owner keeps the unit very clean and well equipped. Always nice to go back to the same place!! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay in our lovely little cottage that truly is “steps from the water.” The staff was very helpful and friendly. We very much hope we can get back some time soon and stay longer! »

« Owner called one week before our arrival date to cancel. Her explanation was that her furniture wasn't being delivered on time. She also said the property was damaged by last year's hurricane and it took longer than expected to repair. She had no explanation as to why she had the property listed when it wasn't ready for occupancy. She did issue a full refund but we still ended up paying more the another property and needed to pay for additional cancelation insurance. »
