« Beautiful condo. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. View of bay was gorgeous and very close to an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront, which is a must try. Close to lots of shops, general store, ice cream, etc. We also rented a golf cart so never had to drive. Not even to the Publix. Definitely will be back. Hopeful the washer and dryers will be connected by then. That would be the only thing we would have added. Other than that excellent vacation!! »

« Location was perfect. Just Ä short stroll to the beach and cozy restaurants/cafes. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and was spacious for 7 people. The house can easily fit 11-12 people.We met the owner also, and he was helpful and polite. We highly recommend this place if you want a perfect stay on AMI! »

« We had an amazing time! Perfect place, and so close to the beach and a stone's throw from the free AMI Trolly. Chairs, wagon, and umbrellas were very nice to have provided. Next time we'll leave ours at home. Lol. Loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off all the salt and sand! Beautiful private patio. The place was clean, roomy, and felt like home. Our host was easy to reach and very accommodating. Thank you so much to the team at Anchor Down for such a beautiful and well maintained property...
