« This condo is situated perfectly. The pool and bbq areas are clean and calm. This is not the place for parties and loud music. The ocean makes the music at all times. Its very family friendly. Loved watching the conch shells be blown at sunset. The lanai has some creature visitors. Watched manya rays and tangs in the water. Would love to return »

« We had a wonderful family vacation. This condo met all our family needs and more. The kids enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach was easy. Beach was wonderful and very clean. « This place was great. Very homey. The bed was very comfortable (always my first comment!!). Kitchen was well stocked. No AC per se but owner refunded us a little for that. The ocean is so close that we actually had to close the window because the waves crashing kept us awake!! The location is great - a nice rocky beach for snorkeling and we saw multiple turtles right outside our door. Very cool. Cleanup prior to checkout is kind of a lot considering we are paying for that service, but probably...

« Our stay on Hawaii Island was wonderful. The Balinese style was unique. The location of the house across from a beautiful black sand beach was perfect. We walked to the beach with our morning coffee enjoying the sunrise and then again after our return from being out and about. The climb down can be a bit difficult especially after the rain, so be careful. Point to note, you will encounter people who are nude as this is an optional clothing beach. The fans and the breezes kept the house...
