„Von außen eher unauffällig, innen dafür eine kleine Perle. Das Personal jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Zimmerservice super schnell und professionell. Alle beiden Zimmer sauber und alles funktionierte. 5 Frühstückssorten zur Auswahl, zwei kleine Restaurants direkt beim Hotel (Eataly - Seniorchef ist Italiener - richtig gute Pizza und das Berlin) aber auch Richtung Zentrum linker Hand zwei weitere einheimische Lokale mit sehr gutem Essen. „the hotel is at the enter of the city, accessible transportation. However, they don't go with the kind of room you booked. Room were not ready and have to negotiate till you agreed to upgrade. Likewise, front desk staff doesn't act immediately.“

„Our room smelled musty and the window was kind a broken, so you heard everything from the street outside. The breakfast buffet was ridiculous, as the hot dishes were cold and the buffet was not replenished at any time. The only thing which was good were the freshly made eggs.“

„Small hotel and certainly not the worst one but a few things definitely need improvement. There was no hot water, we complained the first night and should be fixed next day - it wasnt. Second night we complained again and then it was fixed for the sink only, not the shower and it worked only for a few hours. Last 3 days we just accepted the colder water. The wifi in my room never really worked (signal too weak, had to go outside). The staff did not know or want to answer what restaurants were ...

„First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time.“

„Es war eher eine private Unterkunft. Es gibt nur 6 Zimmer und die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig und zentral. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber der Blick zum Vulkan Mayon war atemberaubend.“
