« This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and completely unworthy of the Westin name or a so-called 5-star rating. The hotel is extremely dirty. After sleeping just one night, my entire arm and back were covered in red, swollen bite marks. This was not a minor irritation — it was obvious and alarming. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation, and this hotel failed badly. Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel tried to blame me, suggesting the bites were caused by eating...

« Ce que j’ai aimé : les piscines, la propreté, la disponibilité des personnels. Pas de commentaire négatif hormis que j’ai appris en milieu de séjour que je pouvais bénéficier du club Millésime de l’établissement. Cela m’aurait évité un petit déjeuner musclé avec les 600 personnes arrivées pour un meeting. La responsable de l’établissement s’est bien excusé pour l’oubli. »

Very nice hotel -staff very helpful, convenient location in haitang sanya, rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable, with big family rooms. My butler Bobby has been great help to us, patient and experienced. Kids club is great for family, staff well trained and great to kids. There are lots kids pools with staff looking after customers all the time, Alan has been very helpful when we were playing near the kids pool....
