« Emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate du parc Mont-Royal et des transports. En cas de soucis, notre interlocutrice répond rapidement. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le lave-linge qui ne fonctionnait pas. Cela devrait être réparé pour les prochaines locations. Il serait bien de faire le nécessaire pour éviter les fourmis car nous avons dû entreposer la nourriture dans le frigo. »

« We booked the place 2 weeks in advance, got confirmation of booking from VRBO and was charged for the room. The day of check in, we reached out to the property manager for access instructions and were totally ghosted. Stranded in a busy city in a foreign country with nowhere to stay, despite having confirmation and paying.I received no response until I asked for a refund. I was assured that VRBO would refund the money, but have received no further response to inquiries from the property manager...
