« I stayed at this property for several days wow I was in town helping my daughter move out of her student housing for the summer. It only took me seven minutes to get back-and-forth to the University of Miami- ideal! The place is just perfect for one or two people. My daughter ended up staying with me at the second half of the week. It’s so close to restaurants and shops and we took advantage of walking around too many places. The yard is like a mini oasis with places to sit and drink your coffee...

« We had the most amazing stay for our daughter’s UMiami graduation with our family. Not only is the home even more beautiful than the pictures (and perfect for spending quality time together in the fabulous indoor and outdoor common areas), but the owner thinks of absolutely every possible detail in providing for and anticipating every need her guests may have - so above and beyond, including incredibly proactive and helpful communication prior to and during our stay. « We were in Florida for 11 days but only 4 at this location. That was way to short considering all there is to do down there. We had plan all our activities before arriving to Vilma's place. I would recommand you contact Vilma before you visit, beacause she has so many ideas and places to go, Unfortunately we were out of time.The property is really well equiped, lot of space a nice backyard that was missing a bit of shade but very convinient.Thanks Erasmo and Vilam for your great hospitaliity. »

This house was in a great area if you're looking to stay in lush Coconut Grove/Coral Gables area within a short drive to Main Hwy shops and restaurants and Shops at Merrick Park. The house was nicely staged and was spacious but it was clearly old and was in disrepair. Although the beds were clean and nicely made, the bathrooms were very dated and clearly had not been cleaned prior to our arrival with hairs in...

« Best communication I ever experienced from a host. Also, prime location with plenty of waterfront to relax, fish, or both. Kayaking to a dwcret location provided by host, amazing memory foam bed. What else could you ask for? 5 stars all day »
