« We really enjoyed staying here, would have never known about Vinalhaven otherwise! The cottage was close to the town, so it was easy to get to everything on the island for the few days we were there. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, we were able to unwind without worry. « We loved our stay at Cove Cottage! Vanessa was kind and communicative and made us feel very welcome. The cottage is comfortable and beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need and loads of natural light. The location — right on the water — is filled with wildlife and the rise and fall of the tides. Maine at its best! Close to Thomaston and Rockland and great restaurants within 5 minutes in St. George. Can’t wait to return! »

« We could not have loved our trip more. The bunkhouse was nice and cozy for our family of four, and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor amenities. We took full advantage of the canoes and kayaks, grill, and fire pit, and I thoroughly enjoyed my morning tea on the deck listening to the birds. « Unit 9 was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen had enough of everything we needed to make breakfast. The living room was spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms are tight; one bed was firmer than the other. It was too rainy to use the nice deck and picnic table. Despite being located on Route 1 we were not at all bothered by highway noise. We would choose to stay here again. »

« This was our second stay at this house. It’s clean, modern and centrally located. It was a bit of a timing struggle with 4 adults and one restroom but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Clean, clean, clean and so easy to use! Hosts are wonderful, location is great, and great location near Camden, Lincolnville Beach and other great places. Your time in Maine will be well spent at Pine Grove Cottages. »

« Very clean with well equipped kitchen and a nice deck but very tight quarters for a group of 5, ac in living room but no fans in the tiny bedrooms, no ventilation in bathroom or kitchen, nowhere to dry wet swimsuits or beach towels. « It was just what we needed, serenity. The location is beautiful. It was a quiet area. The deck overlooked the water. Sunsets from the deck were amazing. The cool breeze was so enjoyable. We were able to see some fireworks from the deck on the 4th of July. The inside is also very nice and clean. Rebecca was wonderful and quickly answered any questions. « I was here from June 28th through July 30th, and, with one notable exception [the locks], I quite enjoyed my experience and highly recommend it. If the single exception can be remedied, I will definitely consider returning next year. »
