« Villa Monica is a charming property, perfect for couples and pet owners. It has a full kitchen; modern bathroom with a rain shower and wand; spacious dining area; plenty of room to relax and watch TV; comfortable bed. The villa offers privacy on a large, fenced lot. « The condo was beautifully furnished. I especially liked the unique artwork. Beautiful porcelain plank floors throughout, comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Several beach chairs available and the public beach was a five minute drive. The pool, tiki bar and grill were a 2 minute walk. Definitely enjoyed our trip. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The house provide us with everything that was listed and much more. The location was perfect, very closed to the beach and the pool. Forgot to mention that the price was very reasonable compared to other condos around same area. »
