« I have stayed at many different VRBO locations, and I have to say that this was one of the best. The thoughtfulness of the host was out of this world. « The house was clean and had been updated. Good space for parking and an excellent quiet neighborhood. The space was not pre-heated for us when we arrived, and it took the first night to get things warmed up. A little hard to manage the temperature with the in wall heaters, space heaters, and no central thermostat. Great water pressure and hot water temperature. »

« The property was close to Tacoma General Hospital, a plus. Parking was terrible. I got a parking ticket while unloading our car. It was a very hot evening and neither air conditioner upstairs in the bedrooms worked. The stairs to the bathrooms upstairs are difficult for anyone at all mobility impaired (like my wife) to navigate. We won’t be going back. We won’t count on Expedia ratings and descriptions so readily either. »
