« The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved the colorful bedroom downstairs. My husband caught a crab with a net 2 seconds after arriving! We all had a blast hanging outside on the dock or on the beach! If we ever had a question regarding anything, Leigh ann answered promptly and very helpful! Honestly, we loved this vacation home and the areas near by! »

« Excellent communication from the owner, Julie and the property manager. Our family (newborn to adults) stayed at this property while in town for a wedding at Rousby Hall. We were a quick and easy 15 minute drive away from the venue. The house was very clean and nicely set up to accommodate our group. We only wish we had more time to spend at the house than we did. « Our visit was brief... just two nights as we supported an athlete for the Eagleman triathlon June 2025. The house had absolutely everything one might need... very well stocked. Four bedrooms, each with its own mini-split AC was perfect! While we did not use the car EV charger or the backyard 'game shed', both are excellent details. « Stayed 4 nights in August and had a great stay. Home was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The best part was the crabbing off the dock! Many thanks for use of the crab pots - we had at least a dozen keepers each day from the pots, plus another half dozen caught with handlines. If there was one slight issue, it was that the only bathroom is on the first floor while all bedrooms were on the second. But this is a design of the house, so nothing that...

« Our family just can’t get enough of this lovely property. We just finished our third year visiting Holly Knoll and have already booked year 4 for August 2026. The home has everything you need for a truly comfortable stay right down to crab traps to use on the dock and the crabs are truly spectacular. We loved the pool and porch sitting and Jack is a great, responsive host. 5 stars every time. »
