« The dormitory is beautiful and probably the best I've ever been in. Had a Scandinavian feel to it as spacious and clean. Bathroom also spacious. However mostly male staff work here and they just walk into the all female dorms. One knock and they come in. Also when being cleaned through the day the doors are left open so rooms fill with mosquitos. You try and explain this and they can't understand English. Also no curtains for each bed so no privacy. Also serves meat at the hostel which I find...

« La estancia en Joey’s Hostel en Agra fue bastante decepcionante. A medianoche se fue la luz y el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar. Después, tampoco había agua caliente. La recepción no hizo nada para solucionar la situación. Si dejáis las maletas en las consignas, tened cuidado: no están vigiladas y los lockers no tienen candado. El baño solo tiene una cortina, y el agua se salía, llegando incluso a la habitación. Como único punto positivo, la ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la entrada...

« Staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s a compact room, one can get everything required. Breakfast was enough, one can get all the basic and some Indian item too. It’s very convenient for US consulate trip. Only thing to point out is the suction for exhaust need cleaning, all dust settle there. On arrival one of the pillow cover was dirty, I was given fresh pillow cover at my request. Overall it was good stay. »
