« When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. « Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Breakfast "buffet" in the LL is a joke. Its not worth standing in line for and the service is non-existent. The wait for an elevator in the mornings is ridiculous, we just used the stairs in the mornings from the 3rd floor. The push to buy show tickets or set for a "travel club" meeting at check in is a little pushy. General building upkeep is needed, bathroom door splintered, tub looks dark and dingy on bottom, rusting metal in view. The pool is tiny and they do not lift the in/out window. ...
