Bon hôtel style familial
Bon hôtel, au calme mais proche de la gare. Du personnel très gentil et serviable. La salle à manger à disposition pour faire réchauffer un plat... et la terrasse sont appréciées. Un petit coup de rénovation serait bienvenu tout de même !

Au check in la dame ne parlait pas français et difficilement l’anglais. Le déjeuner était inclus dans notre nuitée mais ne débutait qu’à 7:30. Lorsque nous avons quitté à 7h nous avons demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un yogourt pour emporter. Le déjeuner était déjà prêt dans la salle. Le monsieur ne voulait pas mais à force d’insister il a dit oui.

Personnel très aimable et très serviable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Chambres très petites et sans décoration particulière. À proximité de la gare. Sans volets, prévoir cache yeux pour pouvoir dormir. Pas d ascenseur. Parking au bas de l hôtel s il reste des places.

Did the job....is that good enough?
The hotel was eh. No receptionist to check in once you arrive - you need to use their landline phone to call someone to come down and give you your key. Additionally, you need to pay the 14CHF as a "city tax". We requested 2 beds and only were given one. The shower had hair on the sides of it, and overflowed as well. Free breakfast was just sliced bread. Room was a bit noisy at night because walls were thin. However, the hotel did its job....I guess. Other than poor amenities nothing technically bad about this hotel. 3 minute walk from Interlaken West. Not lavish at all but will accommodate you, especially if you plan to be out and about most of the day.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Close to the train, close to Migros, clean rooms and very helpful up front with discount passes for the area etc. They have a community room with fridge and coffee. It was nice to eat in the community room and watch the local school kids play at the school next-door, see the mom's out by the park close by and get a feel for the community and area. Really great location and breakfast was decent here too!

Exceptional Hotel!
We were greeted by the Hotel manager Beat at the front desk, very friendly and helpful about our activities. He gave us tips and recommendations. The room was very clean, organized and the bed was very comfortable. Our room location had a nice view, you can see paragliders. Everything is close by, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great with lots of selection. They have a common area if you have your own food to eat and a fridge to store your food. Also, the lady at the front desk was very helpful regarding our train transportation questions. She took the time to check the schedule for us. We love this place would book again here when we come back. Merci!

Location and nice rooms
The rooms were modern, sizable, and clean. Great AC, great views, good beds. Bathrooms were a little small but shower had great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was served well, hot eggs on request, coffee machine and all your typical European breakfast foods. Location is easy to get to interlaken west train and bus station. Not too far walk from food and shopping but off the beaten path enough to be private. Migros grocery is 2 minutes away too. Great common area and terrace as well! Laundry service out back was small but convenient. Service was largely good, a few small rude encounters but i think that’s mostly just a language and culture difference. Housekeepers were AMAZING, did a great job and were kind. The man guy for the breakfast was good too. Overall service was good enough, could maybe polish their politeness in English some but even the one or two people we had a slight issue with it wasn’t consistent so I think it was situational. The lady at the checkout sincerely cared about if we had a good time and asked what we liked, etc. Overall we stayed over a week and I would stay there again.

서역에서 많이 가까워서 접근성은 좋습니다. 근데, 오래된 호스텔에 가까워요. 내부 가구는 새롭게 단장한 듯해서 깨끗합니다. 단지 방 안에서는 음식 섭취는 안되고 따로 공간 마련된 곳에서 먹어야 합니다. 그리고 욕실이 1평이 안될정도로 엄청나게 좁아요. 직원분들은 모두 친절해요.

호텔 뢰치베르크
숙소 매니저분이 친절하십니다. 옛날 건물이지만 엘리베이터도 있어서 짐 옮기기 편합니다. 크기는 좀 작습니다만.. 방은 깔끔하고 전망이 잘 보여 좋습니다. 화장실은 매우 작긴 하지만 있을 것은 다 있고 따뜻한물도 잘 나와서 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 아침 7시 반부터 1층 입구 옆 식당에서 먹을 수 있는데 종류도 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 1층과 2층 사이에는 리빙룸이 있어 전기포트, 냉장고, 전자렌지를 사용하거나 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 서역과 매우 밀접해 있기 때문에 다른 지역 이동도 편합니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt
Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Unser Superior- Zimmer mit Balkon und Sitzecke war hell und gemütlich. Bequeme Betten. Genügend Steckdosen. Es gab auch eine Sonnenterasse und eine Lounge, wo man eigene Getränke und Essen in einen Kühlschrank stellen konnte. Kaffee und Tee wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück- Buffet hatte alles, was wir erwartet haben. Einziger Minuspunkt: es hat nicht genügend eigene Hotelparkplätze. Man muss an der Strasse parkieren und herausfinden, wie man zu einer Tageskarte kommt. Kostet so oder auf Hotelparkplatz gleich viel, je CHF 10.- Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.
