« Very impressed with this place. Clean and updated. Staff was super friendly. Was perfectly located for what we needed. Price was reasonable for this area. Nice outdoor deck on 3rd floor. Keep in mind it is right off Hwy 71 so there is a lot of traffic but that is hard to avoid at Okoboji. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Our stay was wonderful! The only issue we had were that the floors were not clean whatsoever. We were there the first night and our feet were black. We had to wear shoes/slippers all weekend and wash our feet before getting into our beds/bedrooms. Otherwise all things worked great! Spaceous, plenty of room for all of us, and when we needed something fixed, they came and got it fixed ASAP! Communication was great! Just would recommend the floors get cleaned really good so people don’t that have...
