« We had a very nice stay here. Apartment was clean and spacious. Right on the beach, pool was beautiful and 24 hour security was a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend this place. Only critique I would make is about the living area. The property can accommodate 6 people Comfortablely but the living area has only two love seats that can seat only 4 people. We were a family of 5 (4 adults and one child). « Had a wonderful stay. 3 couples and none had been to Puerto Rico. The place was amazing and the perfect location. Only real issue we had was no water when we arrived, no fault of the condo. We contacted the host, Luis, and he promptly responded and said he would find out. He shortly responded back and had found out it was a water line break in the area and the water dept was working hard to get it fixed. We had water later that evening. « The property was very well maintained and it was exactly as I had expected. The host was great at communicating and I liked that all the information was also posted on the door on the inside. We were right near the pool and the porch area was great for people watching/eating/drinking your morning coffee. It was also very quiet. The couch was very comfortable for hanging out or napping. We would book here again if we went back to Isabela. »

« Our stay in the sandy beach apartments was exceptional. This was my 5th time in Rincon and this apartment was by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is beautiful and clean and the location is wonderful. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back! »

« The perfect location and apartment for a family! Near quite a few beaches eg. crash boat beach, jobos beach (great for surfers, can be dangerous in some sections), and another we didn't get a chance to go to is survival beach (this one is a hike boots/sneakers required and may not be swimmable depending on time you go). Overall can't wait to visit again! »

OK for a short stay
"The unit was clean, modern, a wonderful view of the ocean located near a grocery store and restaurants and very calm condo complex and secure. On the other hand, if you plan to stay for a week or more, there is no real dedicated space to put your things so you can't unpack your luggage or put your grocery if you make one.The outside table that you see on the pictures is no longer there just the 4 chairs so you have to eat sitting on 2 stools and eat on a small piece of furniture next to the refrigerator. If there is 4 persons in the unit I'mnot sure were the other 2 are supposed to eat. So we had to leave our luggage open on the second bed and grab our clothes from there.So plan a 3 days stay for 2 persons and eat out for the most part and you wiil be OK"
