« Excellent service! The front desk staff is six star, quite good! I have spent my career in the Hospitality and Resort Industry, they were truly top notch. I would hire them in a second! The staff in the restaurant were also excellent, minus the kitchen team at lunch on Sunday Afternoon. The food, a cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, inedible. The bread was so over microwaved you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife, the meat so dry it was almost jerky and the fries...

« I canât wait till I am back in the Philippines! This hotel is a home away from home. The staff is always kind, informative, and warm welcoming. The housekeeping are sweet, trust worthy, and hardworking. The resturaunt staff are friendly and work quickly on getting meals to customers. Special shout out to Kaye who will always greet you with a smile and very courteous, she is very dedicated and professional to her job. Overall this place is good for solo travelers, couples, families, and everyone....

« Everything was great except the dinner at the rooftop. We were waiting 50 minutes after the order to be served, as I booked my dinner the day before. But seemingly the lady in charge, Emma, was not in good disposal to serve us...refardless this incident due to a person, i recommand this hotel. Staff was nice »

« Globally excellent 4 night stay. Our room was facing the back so it was quiet. The mattress was a bit too soft for us, but had no problems sleeping. Had a problem with their in-house laundry service; i think the drying temperature was too high as several of our clothes shrunk too much - true we did not inform them to be careful of delicate clothes, but unusual to see some shrinking in clothes we normally have dried with a dryer at home. »
