Amelia Island - Amelia by the Sea, Tennis Courts, Private Fishing Pier

Heads up! Our building is getting its final round of updates to make sure everything stays safe, attractive, and comfortable for the long haul. Most of what’s left involves painting the exterior and balconies, plus a few finishing touches in shared spaces like the stairwells. You might see workers around or hear some daytime noise, but it should be much quieter than before.

Work will only happen Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekends are noise-free.

Need to wash that beachwear throughout the stay? There is a washer and dryer for your convenience which saves time and packing extra swimsuits.  Just because you’re on vacation it doesn’t mean you have to give up the comforts of home like you would in a hotel. Feel at home and make it your own!

Property amenities include an 800 ft fishing pier available to guests of the Amelia by the Sea with the bonus of NO FISHING LICENSE needed when fishing from this private, exclusive pier. There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there as well as on the beach.

About the Complex: Amelia by the Seas is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. Please note that this is a RESIDENTIAL community, not a RESORT.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm-9 am daily.

No boats or trailers are allowed.
