Remaining work primarily includes tile work on the ground level and exterior painting on the non-oceanfront side of the building. Guests should expect construction workers and equipment onsite during daytime hours, including lifts and other machinery. There may be intermittent construction noise from tile work and other remaining work, as well as equipment and lift noise, including periodic beeping. While the most disruptive phases of the project have been completed, Sea Dunes remains an active construction site, and the location and level of activity may vary from day to day. Construction conditions are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the ongoing construction conditions at the property.

Walking through the front door of 1637/1638 Sea Dunes, you will immediately notice the breathtaking oceanfront views from every room- kitchen, living area, and both bedrooms! The sunny yellow painted walls adorned with shiplap and comfy sectional with ample seating welcome you to the spacious living room. A large surfboard and beach themed decor create the perfect coastal setting. Enjoy a family movie after a day of fun in the sun on the large flat screen television!

The adjacent dining area features a wooden table with chairs on one side and bench seating on the other. Two barstools sit at the counter for additional seating. The nearby fully equipped luxury kitchen creates an ideal space for preparing a scrumptious family meal. Granite countertops, stunning white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances are all features of this grandeur kitchen. A laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer is also conveniently located off of the kitchen.

On the south side of the living space sits the master bedroom painted a cheerful green and decorated with coastal embellishments and white shiplap accents. This large room boasts a king bed, a flat screen TV, an oversized chair that pulls out into a twin sleeper, and private access to the covered balcony. Sip your morning coffee and enjoy the Amelia Island Sunrise from this shaded balcony! The connected master bathroom features double sinks, granite countertops, and a tiled walk in shower.

Across the living room lies the 2nd suite with another bedroom and bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed, as well as a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and the same gorgeous oceanfront views from its own private balcony. A wet bar with a mini fridge is also located in this room for added convenience. A second bathroom adjoined to this room features granite countertops and a combo shower/tub.

This soothing getaway is directly oceanfront on the 3rd floor, complex offers an elevator, and only steps from the sandy beach. A quick 2 minute stroll will take you to the huge Sea Dunes pool where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip! It's the perfect getaway for anyone! While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a stroll down to the Plantation's many shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course, or rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon. This condo also includes access to double tennis/pickle ball courts just across the street.
