Beautiful ocean views, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and thoughtfully designed accommodations make Operation Beach Freedom the perfect setting for your next Amelia Island getaway! Ideal for large families, multigenerational vacations, and groups traveling together, this unique property offers eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 16 guests. With two adjoining residences, 6 spacious balconies, a shared luxury pool, and convenient beach access, OBF offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and coastal living.

The property consists of two adjoining, ocean-facing, four-bedroom residences—Victory (A) and Liberty (B)—each featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a private interior elevator serving all three floors, and inviting outdoor living spaces.

Although physically connected, Victory and Liberty are two completely separate residences with no interior connecting doorway. Each has its own private garage-level entrance, interior stairs, and elevator providing access to the second and third floors. Exterior rear stairs also provide access. To move between residences, guests must exit one and enter the other separately. This unique arrangement is ideal for extended families or multiple families traveling together, offering the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.

On the second floor of each residence, you'll find the main living level, featuring a spacious kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room with abundant room to gather. Step outside onto the spacious front balcony, where outdoor dining and comfortable seating provide the perfect setting to enjoy the ocean breeze. An additional rear deck offers even more outdoor living space. Each main level also features a queen bedroom with a flat screen smart TV and a full bathroom with wheelchair accessible features such as a low threshold walk-in shower, removable, nonslip accessibility ramp, and hands-free faucet and toilet.

On the third floor, the primary king suite offers a relaxing retreat with gorgeous ocean views, a spacious private balcony, a flat screen smart TV, and a convenient in-suite coffee bar. Wake up to beautiful views of the Atlantic, brew your morning coffee, and step outside to enjoy the ocean breeze. The en suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, double vanities, and a large walk-in closet.

Two additional bedrooms, including a queen bedroom and a twin bunk room with two twin beds, each with a flat screen smart TV, share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each residence also includes a convenient laundry closet with a front-load washer and dryer.

With both residences reserved together, your group will enjoy eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two living and dining areas, and multiple balconies and outdoor spaces.

Beyond the residences, guests can enjoy the shared luxury pool, complete with a spacious tanning shelf that's perfect for lounging in the sunshine or enjoying shallow-water play with the kids. The pool also features a chair lift for accessibility. A covered BBQ area, outdoor shower, and accessible pool bathroom provide everything you need for relaxing afternoons in the Florida sunshine.

Operation Beach Freedom Headquarters (HQ), the property's business office, is located at the rear of the property. The owners also have private accommodations within HQ and may occasionally stay on-site during your visit. Victory and Liberty remain completely private, with their own entrances and living spaces.

Located directly across from the beach, Operation Beach Freedom offers easy access to Amelia Island's beautiful shoreline, with beach access just a quick two-minute walk away. Whether you're spending your days soaking up the sun, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the charming shops and restaurants of historic downtown Fernandina Beach, this exceptional property provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable coastal getaway.

Both Victory and Liberty were built to universal design standards, offering comfortable accommodations for guests of all abilities, including those with mobility challenges. Each residence features a private interior elevator serving all three floors and a fully accessible main living space.

Beach Accessibility
The main beach, approximately half a mile away, features barrier-free access with a Mobi-Mat for wheelchair access. For a quieter beach experience, Beach Access 37 also offers wheelchair-friendly access equipped with a Mobi-Mat.

Our Homeowners' Story
Operation Beach Freedom is proudly veteran-owned and was created with a mission to offer high-quality, private vacation accommodations designed for guests of all abilities, including those with mobility challenges. We love the beach, and when we visit, we like to stay as close as possible without being at a hotel—something everyone should be able to do. With nearly 80 years of combined military-connected service, including 10 combat deployments and three overseas tours, we have a passion for giving back, especially to the military community. Understanding how fortunate we have been, we combined our desire to share our blessings with our love of the beach to create a property that accommodates disabled veterans. However, we soon realized that creating quality, universally accessible rentals close to the beach would provide opportunities for everyone. A portion of our profits is donated to veterans charities, including K9s For Warriors.

This property allows 2 dogs per side (up to 4 dogs total) - $400 pet fee.
