My husband and I stayed at this property for five weeks. It had everything we needed. We were a little skeptical of the air conditioning units in the windows, but it kept the rooms very comfortable. My husband worked from the condo and the Internet service was excellent! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect Florida Beach Cottage!

This charming cottage is in the perfect spot! Uncrowded beach with easy access over the dune steps from the door. Close to Ft. Clinch, which has shaded biking & hiking paths. Interior is spacious, clean, and nicely updated. Fun place to stay!

Location Location Location

Steps from the beach. A perfect beach cottage in a perfect location. The outside shower is a must after a walk back over the dune. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We highly recommend this.

Perfect, perfect!!

We were very happy with the cottage, it was exactly as the pictures show. Very clean and neat. It’s is so comfortable & cozy and was perfect for my husband and I. The sofa was great to sit on and watch a movie, the bed slept great, the water pressure in the shower was good, although the water temp would get really warm then to really cool and there are safety rails in the shower/tub. You are right at the beach, only steps away which made it nice to go to the beach for a while, come back to the cottage to eat and then go back. It is located minutes from downtown, all the restaurants and sites. It was very quiet and not any loud disturbances while we were there.

Spring break

The cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and open. Beach is literally steps away. We opted to bring an air mattress for our teen and one slept on the pull out sofa, comfortable enough for a few nights. I think the pricing was fair but a larger bed in bedroom with a TV would be ideal. It would be lovely to come back when weather is warmer.

Lovely retreat

Great space in a beautiful, quiet location with close by access to all the great places in Fernandina including the beach, of course, parks, trails, and downtown. Lovely cottage and great experience.

This little cottage was wxactly as described. The main room/kitchen large, comfortable. Bathroom nice. Everything impeccably clean. Kitchen faucet was loose, texted them, it was repaired within the hour. We will definitely stay here again. Great location.

Only real complaint was that the shower rod needs work. I had to put it back up twice because the internal spring is failing to hold under normal use.

Perfect for a quick getaway

This condo was perfect for a quick trip without the kids down to our favorite place. Very open in the living room/kitchen area. Right by stairs to beach access and easy to get to downtown. Weather was too warm no window a/c units kept the temp in the condo perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Where It All Began

We stayed at this amazing property 4 years ago, and the experience caused us to realize that Fernandina was where we wanted to be. So, yes, we now live here! This stay was a week away from “city” living to drive five minutes to the beach.😁The property is everything one can want for a beach getaway!

A great find!

We had a wonderful time here! Everything was just as nice as the pictures look! Check in and out were very straightforward and easy. The owners made sure all information was readily available. Everything from restaurants, map of the island, and even info on sea turtles and shark teeth! The bed was very comfortable! (I loved the pillows so much, I had to check the name brand to try and replicate the vacation feel at home.) Make sure to keep the A/C’s and fans going. It does get warm in the afternoons. It helps to keep the curtains and blinds closed. (Keep in mind, we were here during a nation-wide heat wave.) If you need to use the pull out couch, make sure to bring some sheets. But they have extra pillows and a blanket there. For the price, the amount of nice things and cute touches, and the location, I really don’t see how you can get much better than this one.
