The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff was responsive, but the biggest opportunity with this hotel was with the check process and the front desk staff. We took advantage of the restaurant one evening and when finished we were asked, more like pressured, into recording a video which included responding to the quality of service. It was a very odd interaction as we felt the individual actually waited for us to complete dinner and then ambusshed us as we left and would not take no for an answer. We were not the only ones who had this happen to them. Additionally upon check out, there was an undue amount of presssure from the front desk staff to make sure we completed a review - to the extent that the desk staff insisted on taking my phone to access the site to begin the process. The pressure exerted was uncomfortable. The other party traveling with us had the same experience when they checked out. All the pressure to complete reviews left a really bad taste for us and has probably ensured we would not recommend this hotel or choose it in the future.
As a recommendation to the hotel - the quality of the reviews would probably be better if guests left them willingly instead of being pressured in to writing them. Focus on providing quality service and guests will be more than willing to voluntarily share their experiences.
