„Originally I was hesitant to book this property because it had so few reviews. After looking at other properties I kept coming back to this one and decided to take a chance. I am really glad I did. Located on James Island it was well located to go into downtown Charleston and also to the historic plantations and homes we wanted to tour. „The apartment, building and surrounding areas were very clean. The neighbors and community were very friendly and respectful. The direct beach access makes the experience unique. The view from the condo's window and balcony is amazing: ocean, sunrises, moon, stars, the pier, water sports and wide open view of the skies. The landlord addressed my questions immediately and the check-in/checkout processes were fairly simple. I highly recommend this rental site!“

„Liked the quick walk to King Street. Kitchen was set up very nice. Laundry was right there and easy to throw a quick wash in. I didn't realize there was no dishwasher, but we out the majority of the time and didn't need it. The clawfoot bath tub was cool, but a little harder to get in an out if your older. Overall, great stay. Perfect for our small group.“
