„The place was really comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. It was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioners, kitchen equipment, and tv’s all worked perfectly. There was even a small fenced in area for the dogs to play and do their business. “

„We had difficulty entering the property when we arrived on a rainy dark night with no outside light on and the top dead bolt locked, the combo was not enough for us to enter.However the Your Pad staff was responsive and gave us the combination for a separate lock box to access a key.Enjoyed our stay“

„We had an outstanding stay at Jonathan‘s house in the Charleston area. Super spot to reach Charleston downtown and Folly Beach. The house is pretty and perfectly suited for a whole family. Jonathan is a superb host (thanks for the beer and popcorn;-)) and has build a nice outdoor shower which is highly recommended.“

We had a slight problem with the hot water and the owner was very communicative in working to fix the issue. We would love to stay at the property again on future visits to the area.
