„Lovely stay with the kids in a family room.“

When I wanted to print a sheet of paper, no one in the business club was willing to help, nor was anyone at the reception. I had to go to the neighboring Mercure Hotel, where the concierge kindly did it for me. My ...

„Top Lage, grosse saubere Zimmer.“

„Good location especially with mall in front and quick access to Sentosa, but reception was not helpful at all.. even when we express checked out and there were 3 people at the reception, they didn't even say bye.. also our rooms were next to the washing room and it was horrible that there was no regulation to be allowed to do washing and we couldn't sleep.“

„Gute auswahl beim Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zentral gelegen und sehr ruhig. Schöner pool und gutes gym.“

„false advertising on the Expedia site. Photos of the hotel clearly show a splash park and other various amenities although they are not at the actual hotel they are in the neighbouring resorts world and you have to pay to get in.“
