It is a few minutes walk to Park Av with supermarket, 7 eleven, a big self-service laundry, and a very delicious yet cheap Chinese take-away. The host is friendly, helpful and respond quickly to enquiries. This is an economic alternative accommodation to reach NYC Times Square by bus, which takes about 20 minutes when off peak hours.“

„The rental was amazing, and my family truly enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. One suggestion would be to provide washcloths or face towels for added convenience. It would also be helpful to include some information about the nearby light rail and subway systems for future guests — the light rail was a great bonus, especially being just a 2-minute walk from the rental. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!“

„Dette stedet anbefales på det varmeste. Og vert Ali var veldig påpasselig underveis, svarte på spørsmål, tipset om flytting av bilen på grunn av soping av gata og kom med ny brødrister når den gamle ikke virket. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt for 8., men ikke til 14. gode senger og godt fungerende kjøleanlegg. Enkle toalettartikler på alle bad. Det var stort sett rent og fint overalt. Det var lett å finne buss som tok deg til New York 5 minutter unna. Eneste negative ting våre ungdommer kommenterte ...

"Die Aussicht von der Promenade direkt vor dem Hotel oder vom Frühstückraum aus ist mehr als atemberaubend! U-Bahn und Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel. Aber leider auch sehr laut Abends, sei es von der Straßenbahn oder laute Musik von der Dachterasse (mit ebenfalsl großartiger Aussicht). Das Frühstückbüffet ist okay, könnte etwas mehr liebe vertragen. "
