« The hot tub and sauna did not work. The steepness of the driveway made the property inaccessible. We had to climb up the icy driveway with luggage. The sleds we were told we could use to pull luggage up were totally useless on the ice. We fell many times! We ended up leaving the cabin the next day due to the fact that we were iced in and unable to get to the ski resort. The snow plow was unable to get up the driveway to assist because our cars were parked at the very bottom of the driveway. We...
