We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. „This property was the perfect stay for our baseball tournament week. How was impeccably clean and perfectly appointed with all needs for cooking, showers, etc. House is 5 minutes from Dreams Park, which is a huge advantage with the ever-changing schedule. Had three generations staying in the house, and everyone enjoyed. Loved the quaint farmers market next door! Note there is a steep staircase climb in order to get to any of the bedrooms. Was not an issue for us but could be for some groups. “

Only "complaint" was master bathroom never could get it to truly run anything approaching hot water, all my showers were below and approaching luke warm, I lived, but I would recommend a hot water pump if the hot water heaters are too far away. „This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip.
