A new home built in 2025, beautifully designed with bohemian warmth and mid-century modern touches throughout. Soaring ceilings, expansive windows, mountain views, and a backyard built for slow mornings and starlit nights. 10 min to downtown Joshua Tree. 15 min to the National Park entrance.

Sauna → Cold Plunge → Hot Tub → Pool. The full contrast therapy experience, steps from your door, under some of the darkest skies in Southern California. Most guests do a few rounds. You'll understand why.

-- HEATED POOL --
Warm the pool to a resort-style 84° for your stay:

- $69/night Nov–Mar, $49/night Apr–Jun & Sep–Oct, applied to all nights.
- Heating starts 24 hours before check-in, so please add it at least 48 hours ahead.
- In July and August the desert sun keeps the pool naturally swim-warm, so heating isn't usually needed.

Hot tub heating to 104° is always included, every season, on us.

Every stay includes one complimentary bundle of wood + fire starter — your first fire is on us. Additional bundles available on-site for $12 each.

Guest bedrooms have a shared full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower offering mountain views.

Unlimited Level 2 charging for your stay. Plug in when you arrive and leave with a full battery — no Supercharger stop on your way home. Our charger is located in the garage, so the package includes secure garage access for your vehicle while charging.

The package is priced on your full stay length ($15 × booked nights, max $99 for stays up to 10 nights), whether added at booking or during your stay — it's one flat package, not metered or prorated. Available for visits up to 10 nights; for longer stays, message us for a quick custom quote.

-- THINGS TO KNOW --

- Water Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, hot tub, and cold plunge.
- Please rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering the pool, hot tub, or cold plunge — sunscreen and lotions affect the water for everyone.
- Cold Plunge: Set to 45°F for cold therapy only and cannot be heated. Please don't drain the unit or adjust the chiller settings. Excessive soiling, draining, or tampering will result in a restoration fee.
- Security: Outdoor security cameras are located in community-access areas only and face the front entrance / yard of the home. No video surveillance devices exist inside of the home or facing any of the private outdoor amenity areas.
- No Smoking: Entire property is smoke-free (inside and out).
- Max Occupancy: 8 guests per reservation. An additional guest fee of $25/guest/night applies for guests 7 & 8. No additional guests beyond 8 allowed on property overnight.
- Quiet Hours: Per San Bernardino County, quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4PM | Check-out at 11AM. Early/late check-in/out must be pre-arranged and may incur a fee.

-- DOGS WELCOME --

- Bring your pup — our redwood-fenced half-acre yard was made for them.
- Dogs are welcome with prior host approval and a non-refundable $75/dog fee (max 2 dogs).
- Just send us a quick message with your dog's name and breed before booking and we'll get back to you fast.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and any damage beyond normal wear.
