Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the central location (walk or ride to everything in short order) and the Top floor facing North made for a great view. The elevator situation wasn't so great but we ended up using the stairs about 90% of the time and that was convenient. The Room was well furnished and appointed and even the fact that "staples" were left to make it unnecessary to purchase "salt & pepper" was a nice touch. Especially liked that the "owner" was easy to connect with and very responsive.

Excellent Vacation Stay

This property was perfect for our family of four. It was very centrally located about 45 minutes from the West Shor and 30-45 minutes to the North Shore. The property itself had a well stocked kitchen and items to use at the beach! Our family enjoyed the beautiful pool, lanai, and beach during our stay. It was the perfect home during our vacation!

Great location, very nice unit , super comfortable beds!

We had a great experience staying at this property. The owner was very nice to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns right away. It is very nice and all around. The lazy river and pool were great and we enjoyed using both of the hot tub areas at night. The location is perfect as you are close to many activities no matter which direction you take on the island. Highly recommend staying at this property!

Can't wait for next year!

Our family had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. Clean and beautifully furnished. The pool was excellent for our young boy as well as for the adults. Really appreciated having a hot tub for kids and adults. The location of the property was perfect for sightseeing, it put us right in the middle of hitting all the beaches and sites we wanted to see. We can't wait to go again.

Our family had an amazing stay. Clean and beautiful condo. Kitchen is stocked with basic needs. Ron is a great host and communicated very well if needed. The resort is well maintained. This was a great central location for our vacation. We were able to access both sides of the island within 30-45 minutes either way, which helped with the early starts for our excursions. We played at the hotel beach on 2 days; however, there is a lot of coral on this beach so we also drove to other beaches to swim. The room was very clean, well stocked, beach chairs and toys available for use, with plenty of room for a family of 4. My 12-year-old really liked the slides at the pool and we had a lovely meal at Oasis on the Beach one evening for dinner. A grocery store is directly across the street, which was convenient. The sunrises are beautiful here, but it was difficult to view the sunsets from here. Overall, a very lovely place.

Totally Enjoyed our Stay

This is a Beautiful Rental unit in a Stunning Resort. Great, Centrally located location near the airport. Super Luxurious with Well-Appointed Amenities. Extra clean and well maintained. The pool is simply gorgeous (especially at night)! Last but not least is the Amazing Property manager Ron Gunn. He made our stay very easy and pleasurable. I would Highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future!!!

Beautiful unit!

This unit was just as advertised in the listing. Very nicely decorated, supplied, and roomy, as well as, very comfortable. The beds were amazing! The host, Ron, was pleasant to work with and accomodating to our needs. Our only concern was having to remember sequenced codes for entry into the unit and the pool area. The resort is conveniently located in a busy area near a grocery store, fast foods, and convenience stores.
