Ce condo situé au rez-de-jardin occupe un emplacement privilégié en bord de mer à Lanikai, un complexe de 18 unités situé dans une région de Wailua connue pour ses boutiques, ses restaurants et ses vues imprenables. Vous serez à quelques pas seulement de la magnifique plage de Lae Nani et à trois kilomètres au sud du parc de la plage de Kapa'a, dans la ville de Kapa'a, où vous pourrez facilement louer des paddleboards et des jeux de tuba. Envisagez une excursion d'une journée au sud de Lihue et de Kalapaki Cove, où vous pourrez observer les vagues de nombreux restaurants, passer la journée au parc Nawiliwili ou passer une soirée au Marriott.

Great location. Awesome views. Comfortable condo, well supplied kitchen. Walkable to restaurants, beach. Small issue with multiple remotes that work the fans and TV, were fairly complicated. I am tech savvy but couldn’t figure them out. Kitchen fan did not work, it got hot at times. Overall a nice memorable stay.

Beautiful property just steps from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. There's a shopping center within walking distance. Private lanai was a great place to have coffee in the mornings. The couch in the living room could stand to be updated. We will be returning for another stay!

Perfect Kauai condo

This is our fifth visit to Kauai and this was the best condo we’ve stayed at, I will book this exact condo again for our next visit. Steps from the pool and beach. Very well appointed with absolutely everything you will need. Perfect location in the middle of the island. The best ocean view!

The Perfect Kauai Getaway

This property was the perfect spot for our family of four. The first floor walkout to the pool and beach from the Lanai made this feel more like a beach cottage than a condo. The unit was perfectly stocked with food everything we needed from beach accommodations to cooking supplies. The location is excellent as it’s tucked away in a quiet corner of the beach with easy access to the amenities that Kapaa provides. It’s also centrally located on the east shore making day trips to the north and south a breeze. I definitely recommend this unit for a perfect family getaway.

Perfect stay

The unit was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the swimming pool, eating our meals outside & being able to walk to shops and restaurants. The complex was quiet, we always got parking right out front & everything was exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this location. That says it all!! Location cannot be better. You are close to everything!! Condo is amazing!! They do not skimp on anything! Ocean front is the best! Condo is very big and beds very comfy! Shower is fabulous. I could go on and on. You will love it!!

Incredible lodging location and view

We travel a lot and know what is reasonable to expect when we rent a condo but this place exceeded all of our expectations. Beautifully furnished with every comfort taken into consideration. The lanai has loungers where you can sit all day and enjoy the ocean right in front of you. We would come back in a heartbeat! Truly recommend without any reservations. Location was perfect also. You can easily walk to many food venues and it is location in the middle of the island making it perfect for navigating to the North or South.

Great location!

A fine rental! Great spot and amenities. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Four great beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella for beach days. Good quality kitchen/dining utensils. Comfortable beds. No shortcomings! We’ve rented many places and this is right up there with the best. We’ll be back!

Family vacation

We enjoyed this property very much. We visited other beach locations and everyone agreed that this location was less crowded and more private. The pool area was perfect and we used the grill almost daily. The beach is small but enough for a swim and snorkel and visit from some turtles. The lava lava restaurant up the way was very entertaining. Another short walk across the street we were able to try fresh masalas at Passion Bakery. The other guests in this building were very nice.

Great Place!

The condo location, cleanliness, decor was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed this property. The only improvement, we all agreed could be the furniture. It was beautiful, but the couch collapses when someone sits down, and sounds like the person ate too many beans. LOL! The pretty antique recliner chairs made our backs hurt while watching a movie in the evenings, but overall, we LOVED IT!!! :)

Excellent place to stay in Kauai

Superb location, with nothing between you and the ocean save a shared pool and beach. Sunrises were breathtaking. The apartment was beautifully appointed, spacious and well equipped. The management was helpful (though not needed except for entry and exit logistics, since we had no issues at all during our stay). The website pictures are entirely accurate. Highly recommended.

Is this place for sale??

I left this place looking to see if any in the community were for sale. It was perfect! You could open the sliding glass door and walk straight out to the pool or the beach. The pictures were accurate. There weren't any surprises when we went in the condo/yard because we knew what everything looked like. It was so nice to just walk out the door and let the kids play on the beach without having to load everyone up in a car. There were some beach supplies in the closet. I know there was an umbrella because we used an umbrella on the beach, but we didn't use anything else so I don't know what was there. Somethings that were mentioned in the description/other review: There isn't assigned parking but there was always plenty of space to park. When we booked it was for 6 not 4. There are two king sized beds but that was perfect for us because 4 of the people in our group were little kids and they all shared a bed. I walked in expecting there to be a smell based on another post, but there wasn't anything. We had plenty of toilet paper/towels/shampoo etc. This place has spoiled all other Hawaiian condos for me! I mean, come on, I saw whales breeching as I was doing the dishes! Can your trip be anymore amazing than that? I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

Misrepresented and dirty bedding

After we found out the condo that said it slept 6 only slept 4 we spent the next t two days fighting for some money back to be used toward buying an extra mattress and sheets. We checked ourselves in. Never saw a host from Vacasa. The condo is lovely on the first floor wth a view of the water. One of bedroom in the front and a small one in the back. My son slept in the living g room. One bathroom had toilet paper. One did not. Fresh bottles of hand soap were present. We called and they said they only provide starter paper goods. So we went out and bought toilet paper But the real offense was the bedding that was filthy and smelled of body odor. We called. Needless to say they did Nothing. We had towash all king size sheets - mattress cover etc. Aloha

Just what we needed!

We absolutely loved our visit to Kauai and this condo made it even more wonderful and relaxing. We spent a good majority of our trip lounging on the lanai and looking at the ocean. The kitchen and condo in general are extremely well stocked. Our one year old loved swimming in the pool, floating in the little cove on the beach near lava lava beach club and just enjoying the fresh Hawaiian air. The management company is easy to get in touch with and they were able to help us with the two minor issues we had. Our check in process wasn’t the best as the lock box code had either been changed or the box was jammed/broken. We arrived very late in the evening so this was an inconvenience but luckily the woman working at the call center got us in quickly using an emergency key box. Bring a power strip if you have a lot of things to plug in in the primary bedroom as there aren’t many places to plug things in. Overall, we would absolutely love to come back and stay again! One of the best family vacations we have had. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and island!

Beautiful Beach Front Home

Absolutely beautiful views from the patio, close walking distance to the shops. Well stocked kitchen and clean! Highly recommend for your stay in Kauai. Looking forward to going back!

What a view!

Everything you need for your stay in paradise is in this beautiful condo. Just a few steps to the beach and a 5 wood to great drinks and food at Lava Lava. Definitely would stay again.

Stunning

We stay the week of January 15-24, from the moment we opened the door to the condo we where all impressed. The condo had everything we needed and more. The convenience of the ground floor was awesome and easy access to the pool and beach. The weather was amazing and the scenery even better. The coconut shopping center was two blocks away and LaVa Lava restaurant was right next door. The only issue we has was the second bedroom bed frame was loose and the bed is VERY noisy. We will definatley recommen this place to all of our friends and family.

Perfect. Just perfect!

You cannot beat this place. Centrally located. Beautiful condo. Very clean. Comfortable. Quiet. If you're needing a place with two rooms that are separate from each other, for privacy, this is it! Each room has it's own bathroom. Wake up to beautiful sun rises, the sound of the ocean puts you to sleep. This unit (113) has everything you need. Perfect. I would buy a unit here!
