« Upon our arrival, no receptionist was present.
Breakfast area looked messy and unorganized .
In our room, bathroom sink clogged easily after our first use.
The worst of all, in the middle of night I attempted to turn down the thermostat and it wouldn't allow me bring the temperature down to my desire level. It seems as if it was locked and stayed all night at 72 degrees, which made the room hot and stuffy. »

« The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean but the ac in our room gave off a slight smell of mold. The ac was set at 78 and it was raining in Houston, so one can expect the room to be initially damp. However, all through the night I was coughing. At a minimum, the ac needs to be cleaned and the filter exchanged. »

« The hotel was in a convenient location. Parking wasn't bad and we were in walking distance to restaurants and gas stations. The hotel had that fresh new hotel scent (iykyk). The receptionist were very nice and helpful.
My room refrigerator did not work. I called to the front desk hours before the maintenance guy came to fix the refrigerator.There was no point to come in my room to fix the refrigerator when we were leaving in the morning. The a/c unit is old, not on the wall it's underneath the...

« The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door. »

« Bel Hôtel. Fréquenté par une clientèle d'affaires et de familles. Très bien tenu, propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la proximité avec l'I-10 ne pose aucun problème de bruit. Il faut noter que les chambres possèdent des cuisines avec évier, micro-onde, vaisselle et lave-vaisselle. La climatisation est particulièrement silencieuse, ce qui est peu souvent le cas dans ce type d'établissement. Les lits sont confortables.
L’hôtel est récent et bien tenu. Propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur....
