- Cockle Kitty Cottage is a delightful converted barn, situated in the beautiful Scottish Borders near Kelso, with incredible countryside views with the Cheviot Hills on the horizon, on the owners organic farm. It is a tastefully decorated cottage, perfect for holidays all year round for those after peace and tranquility in the countryside. In the summer and autumn months, there are thousands of organic sunflowers decorating the landscape. Shop: 2.7 miles Pub: 2.7 miles
Accommodation on one level
Living area with comfortable seating, TV, wood burning stove, hemmel-arch window and rosewood dining table by the French windows.
Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, slow cooker, toaster and glass doors out to the south facing patio with incredible views over Cliftonhill Farm.
Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and handbasin.
Outside: Sheltered south facing patio with panoramic views. Recliners, table and chairs, charcoal barbecue. Shared tennis court.
Parking: Parking outside cottage.
Heating: Bio-mass.
Also provided: WiFi, bed linen and towels, starter basket of of logs (pile of logs from fallen trees outside), washing machine, iron, ironing board.
Pets: 2 pets allowed @ £25 per pet per week or part thereof.
