  • Un chalet Lakeland attenant à une auberge traditionnelle, bénéficiant d'un emplacement idéal et d'un parking privé pour deux voitures. Rez-de-chaussée:
    La propriété a le chauffage central au gaz et comprend:
    Salon / salle à manger: Avec feu à gaz, TV, DVD, CD / radio et table à manger avec des chaises pour quatre personnes.
    Cuisine: Avec four électrique et plaques chauffantes, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, congélateur de table et laveuse / sécheuse .. Premier étage:
    Chambre 1: avec lit double.
    Chambre 2: Avec deux lits jumeaux.
    Salle de bain: Grande avec baignoire, douche, WC et lavabo. . Tous les gaz, électricité, draps et serviettes inclus. Lit bébé disponible. Wi-Fi disponible .. Cour arrière avec un banc de jardin. Parking privé pour 2 voitures. Construit en 1893, le Poachers ’Cottage est adjacent à l’hôtel Pheasant Inn, une auberge traditionnelle des Lakeland servant de véritables repas à la bière et au bar. L'emplacement est pratique sur plusieurs autres fronts, le Filling Station Cafe se trouve de l'autre côté de la route, à seulement 200 mètres de l'A66 pour un accès facile, à 400 mètres du début de la promenade Latrigg / Skiddaw et à 10 minutes à pied du parc pour Centre-ville de Keswick. Le chalet convient aux couples et aux petites familles en vacances à pied, à la recherche d'un hébergement confortable à un prix abordable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Poachers cottage, it is ideally situated for walks in the hills and access to Keswick.Some of decor is a little dated but it was nice and clean and there was everything we needed for our stay. It was great value for money and I would recommend to others.

Had a lovely few days here.

Had a lovely few days here. Cosy comfortable cottage in a good location. Only takes about 10 minutes to walk into Keswick and the route is pretty flat. Having private parking on site was great. Only downside is the double bedroom is tiny but as there were only 2 of us we just used the twin as a dressing room so wasn't a problem. Lovely food in the pub next door though it does get very busy so would recommend booking like we did.Lots to see and do in an around Keswick.We'd definitely book to stay here again.

Easy to find with off street parking. 15 min walk to town, longer at night when park is closed. Large modern bathroom with tub and shower. 2nd bdrm small with very little room for luggage. Well appointed kitchen but no dishwasher. Good tv with all channels, netflix, Prime. Great pub next. Good for family.

GREAT HOLIDAY.. GREAT COTTAGE. I COULD EASILY SETTLE THERE IN THE COTTAGE. mY ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT IS THAT THE BOUBLE BEDROOM WAS LITERALLY FILLED WITH THE BED .

This is the third time we have booked this cottage, which says a lot. We find it clean and comfortable and within walking distance of all the amenities we require. Perhaps the one negative comment we would make is that the traffic noise from the road outside might be reduced by double glazing. however this would not stop us returning as the road is quiet at night.

Really enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location. Short stroll in to town and excellent pub and cafe across road. Slight damp smell to kitchen on arrival but didn't spoil anything. Put it down to age of property. Will stop again.

The cottage is very comfortable and excellent location for accessing Keswick and the fells.

The cottage is very comfortable and excellent location for accessing Keswick and the fells. Very good parking. Interior is very good, nicely furnished with all the amenities you would hope to find. Very clean and tidy. For me could have done with longer bed. Only drawback is if you want it there really is no garden or patio area just a small access yard.
