    Cette maison de ville entièrement rénové, est situé au cœur de Key Largo dans une communauté fermée, avec 24 heures de sécurité. Les installations comprennent un port de plaisance sur place (avec rampe), l'accès en front de mer, parking bateau remorque, une lagune d'eau salée, 2 piscines chauffées, des huttes Tiki NOMBREUX dans tout l'établissement, une aire de jeux, une petite plage de sable, et des courts de tennis. Vous pourrez faire de la navigation de plaisance, la pêche, la plongée en apnée, la plongée, le kayak, ou tout simplement se détendre au soleil tropical! Ils peuvent profiter de grands restaurants par l'eau à distance de marche. L'accès à la rampe de la marina est gratuite. Si vous avez besoin d'un bordereau de bateau, s'il vous plaît laissez-nous savoir, nous vous fournirons les informations du port de plaisance.

    Notre spacieux de trois étages, trois chambres à coucher, trois bains, deux vie à la maison de ville de chambre a été entièrement rénové avec un style moderne et confortable. Deux salons (un au premier étage et une au deuxième étage) offrent une occasion unique pour votre famille à se répandre. La cuisine bien équipée a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, comptoirs de quartz et un grand comptoir avec 6 tabourets. Dans les deux salon vous pourrez vous détendre sur notre canapé confortable devant les nouveaux grands téléviseurs HD intelligents à écran plat. Cette maison est idéalement situé en face de la lagune de piscine d'eau salée et à seulement quelques pas de la plage de la lagune qui peut être vu à partir du balcony-- une grande disposition pour les familles! Les adultes peuvent regarder les enfants nager dans le lagon tout en vous relaxant sur le balcon projeté.

Beautiful home in a great location

My family loved our stay in Key Largo at the Kawama Villa K1. It was very clean and so comfortable. We loved the location - steps from the ocean and just minutes from great food and activities. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well-stocked and the home had plenty of towels and linens. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Key Largo!

Delightful

Beautiful, clean, property that was PERFECT for all ages. Our grand girls Ages 9 and 13 spent an entire day kayaking and swimming in the lagoon right outside our door. The beds are fabulous, and not crammed in on the same floor. The living area and kitchen were modern and had everything for the 1 night we cooked steaks by the jetty. Santiago communicated with us often and we were able to access the condo easily. I would stay here again and again!

The unit was clean and well stocked. The host was great to deal with. Lots of stairs which was okay for us, but anyone trying to avoid stairs this would not be good. Great location, lovely resort in a good location to either drive or walk to several restaurants and stores. We would definitely go back

Definitely a place to visit and come back too, I liked everything about this property and enjoyed its location the most, close to the pool and lagoon entrance. The kayaks and bikes are a great perk and lots of fun. Communication was outstanding leading to an effortless booking, check in and check out process. I would greatly recommend this property….really a little paradise

My family and I had an amazing time. This place was clean, beautifully updated and had a great layout. The exterior amenities were a blast as well. The host was very attentive and communicated quickly and well. I will definitely rent here again if I can back to the area.

This property was even better than advertised. It is conveniently located at the entrance/exit gate and right on the salt water lagoon and pool. The home was immaculate and decorated with style but very comfortable. The host was readily available with easy communication and very kind. Additionally, the owners are very thoughtful to include all items needed for a comfortable stay. We had a great time and highly recommend this host and property.

Excellent experience.

Very clean, comfortable stay that provided us great access to fishing and good food. Enjoyed a couple games of pickleball too. Thank you for providing the PB paddles and balls. They were a welcome surprise to find as well as the bikes and guarded security at the entrance.

Awesome stay at Kawama K1

The property was magnificent. Just as advertised. Very clean and spacious and comfortable. Well located within the property with a view of the lagoon. We enjoyed all Kawama community had to offer. Pools, lagoon, jetti for sunrise and evening views and most important a great marina. We never really needed to contact the host as everything was self explanitory and simple. Close to everything in Key Largo yet set back far from the noise of us1. Great location will stay agian! Thank you!

Great getaway

Owner was very responsive before and during stay. The place was comfortable for five adults with plenty of together space and privacy space. We enjoyed views of the lagoon, walking paths, pools and were in love with the causeway area. Shady cabanas and shallow water to splash in. Great sunset views. Highly recommend

A Wonderful Stay

The gated Kawama Yault Club, where the condo is located, has amazing grounds. The lagoon is full of tropical fish. We even saw a couple baby tarpon (3-4 ft). There's also a beautiful shorline area too with tiki huts, tables, chairs, and fire pits. It truly was beautiful and well kept. There was a nice path around the lagoon for walks, and a jetty (with seating and firepit) with spectacular sunsets. Lots to do in this community! The unit was very nice and updated. Every morning our group of six gathered on the main floor balcony for morning coffee. It faced the lagoon and was framed nicely in tropical trees. It would have been nice if there were cushions for the chairs though, especially for us old folks. We also had to bring chairs from the other balconys so that we had enough for our group. A separate balcony facing the parking lot wasn't really useful since there wasn't much furniture or anything to look at besides the parking lot. As others have pointed out, the stairs in the unit were steep, and since there are three levels, you find yourself using the stairs often. It's a shame the entry into the unit is on the bottom floor where there is a sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom. It would have been more convenient if the entry was on the main floor where there is the main living room, kitchen, and balcony. But we adjusted to it and it wasn't that big a dea. Overall, this was a great place and we loved it! Wish we have stayed there more than a week!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was just as pictured, clean, comfortable and cute. We loved fishing off the jetty and the sunsets were amazing! We would book again and hope to visit soon!
