Docked at the exclusive Perry Hotel & Marina, this 40-ft, 2-bedroom luxury boat with bright island touches is tucked into a resort-style marina just minutes from downtown Key West. Enjoy indoor and outdoor living, dining and relaxing spaces, plus hotel amenities including two pools, 3 bars & restaurants, and a 24-hour gym.

The bedroom features a plush queen bed, closet, and overhead storage. The main living area offers a wraparound couch, dining table, TV, and private Wi-Fi. A second wraparound seating area converts to a partially private additional bed, making the boat comfortable for extra guests.

The stocked kitchen includes essential cooking and dining supplies for easy meals, plus a full coffee and tea bar for relaxing mornings.

Outside, enjoy the upper back deck with dining area, mini-fridge, and stereo. The front deck features a sun pad perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the views.
